Managed airports and airport interests
Groupe ADP directly operates the Paris airports and participates in international airport operators through TAV Airports, GMR Airports and other concessions. An airport interest does not mean that Groupe ADP wholly owns or directly manages that airport.
Airport codes are IATA unless marked ICAO. Expand a portfolio below to see the airports and the group’s role.

What the numbers say
Paris traffic more than doubled from the pandemic-affected 2021 base. Group revenue and EBITDA continued to rise through 2025.
Extime sales per passenger improved strongly before easing in 2025. Net income did not follow EBITDA in a straight line: the 2024 Indian restructuring and 2025 tax and currency effects matter.
Historical sources and comparability
- EBITDA is presented under the recurring EBITDA terminology used in the later releases. Paris traffic is narrower than the consolidated financial perimeter.
- Extime sales per passenger uses the operator’s eligible international departing passenger denominator. It is not revenue divided by all Paris passengers. Figures are reported annual results, rather than a reconstruction at constant exchange rates or perimeter.
- Annual history is separate from the latest interim or rolling-period snapshot. Operator definitions and reporting perimeters differ, so these profiles are not a like-for-like league table.
What drives the airport business
Compare Paris traffic with the wider group perimeter before drawing growth conclusions.
Monitor Extime spend per passenger and changes in retail mix.
Assess concession investment and leverage alongside recurring EBITDA.
Source and method
This profile uses the operator’s own published figures. Group metrics are not assigned to an individual airport. Passenger volume is an activity measure, not revenue; construction-accounting and adjusted-profit labels follow the source. Where a comparable financial measure is not publicly available, it is not estimated.
